“Mark Sadaka and Associates were AMAZING! My husband had a very complex case. Mark was available to answer any of our questions and calm our worries. Mark made it so that my husband will be able to have care for the rest of his life. I highly recommend Sadaka Associates!!”

- Linda Fullerton

“Unbelievably compassionate and caring attorneys. When our daughter suffered a terrible injury at the hands of a horrific drug which was improperly labeled and should probably be taken off the market Mr. Sadaka was the only attorney who would listen. Meeting with this firm was the only thing that started to make me feel better. For the first time we felt like we had answers and a true advocate on our side. The court battle that followed was very complicated because drug companies hate to admit when they are wrong. But Mr. Sadaka not only got us answers but results and in the end justice. My family cannot thank him and his staff enough. If you need a lawyer who will really listen and can explain complex legal issues to look no further.”

- David Hirsch

“This law firm is the best. They kept me informed of all actions. And due to the sensitive nature of my claim, they treated me with respect and understanding.”

- Patricia Gregory

What should I do after an accident?

If you were involved in an auto accident or an accident at a store, you must make a report! If you are involved in an automobile accident, get the other driver’s name, address, phone number, and insurance information. If they do not carry insurance or if there is no way to obtain their information (if they leave before the police arrive), you will need to provide this info on the police report form. Call 911 for the police. Also, call an ambulance service if any of the people involved in the accident are injured.

Do I have to hire a lawyer?

There is an old saying attributed to Abraham Lincoln that answers this question: “A person who represents himself has a fool for a client.” Anyone may file a personal injury claim, but hiring an experienced attorney increases your chance of success.

When you choose Sadaka Law for your legal representation we will handle all aspects of filing your lawsuit. This type of service will prove invaluable to anyone who has suffered devastating injuries because of another person’s carelessness.

How much does it cost to hire Sadaka Law?

You can hire Sadaka Law for free unless we recover compensation for you! You only pay us if and when we win. We work by something called a contingency fee. Our fee is a percentage of the recovery and there is no fee unless we recover for you.

How long do I have to file a personal injury claim?

In New Jersey, you have 2 years from the date of your accident to file your claim or 2 years from the date you discover that you were injured as the result of the negligence of another.

Can I sue a city, town, or government agency?

Answer: The answer is yes, BUT you have a very short time to file a notice of claim with the government. In New Jersey, with some exceptions, you have 90-days from the date of the accident to file a notice of claim.

What if the accident happened during my job?

If you were injured during work hours, the workers’ compensation system would apply to your claim. If it happened outside of regular working hours or if you were not at work when it occurred, then the accident benefits insurer for the company that owns/leases/rents the building where the accident occurred would apply. It is important to report all accidents to your employer regardless of whether they are on-the-job injuries or not.
