Mark Sadaka spoke to other attorneys recently on the dangers of Zostavax. Zostavax is a vaccine given to people ages 50 and up to prevent shingles. Rather than preventing shingles, Zostavax actually causes the disease it was meant to prevent. In fact, in March 2018, the CDC updated their Vaccine Information Statement (VIS) to include the risk of developing shingles.
Mr. Sadaka is co-lead counsel of the Zostavax Federal Multi District Litigation.
