My name is Mark T. Sadaka, and I became a lawyer because I truly care about people. Early in my life, I was exposed to the harm caused by dangerous products and environmental contamination. Those experiences shaped my sense of responsibility and pushed me toward a career built around accountability and protection.
Over the course of my career, I have served as co-lead counsel and as a member of multiple national Plaintiffs’ Steering Committees in mass tort litigation, and I have been involved in nationally important cases, including class actions and major product liability matters. Other attorneys elect me to leadership positions because they trust our preparation, judgment, and ability to handle high-stakes litigation responsibly.
But for all the complexity these cases can involve, the purpose never changes: my colleagues and I use the power of law to do good, protect people, and pursue justice with clarity and integrity.
